A former British Armed Forces member and accredited therapist, she’s passionate about eco-therapies like archery, bushcraft, and kayaking. Her programs are designed to build teamwork and support personal growth, particularly for veterans, LGBTQ+ communities, and individuals with Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD).
